What this means is that come Wednesday at the next drawing, the prize will have grown to $13.5 million with a cash option of $$8.72 million.

But back to Saturday's drawing. The winning Lotto Texas numbers for Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018, are: 4-27-31-39-44-53. Check to see if you hit at least a couple of numbers as smaller prizes are awarded for partial matches.

Up for grabs on Wednesday was a prize valued at $11.75 million. But nobody matched the numbers yet again, continuing a weeks-long period without a big winner. That means the prize for the next drawing on Saturday, Oct. 20 will be for $12.75 million, or a cash value option of $8.27 million.

The winning numbers for Wednesday, Oct. 17, are: 18-19-23-31-46-47. Although nobody matched those digits, it's wise to check one's ticket to see if as few as two (with the Extra! option) digits or more numbers were matched as smaller prizes are awarded.

You might also be interested in knowing that the prize for Mega Millions up for grabs on Friday has now reached the astonishingly high, gulp-inducing, breath-taking implausibly huge cross-eyed-inducing level of $900 million. The odds of winning that prize? About 302 million to one.
