New Lick Honest Ice Creams Flavor To Be Unveiled In Austin

AUSTIN, TX — While it's a provable face we all scream for ice cream, it's Lick Honest Ice Creams officials that are now screaming with excitement in unveiling a new special, limited-time offering — and with a Latino twist, no less.

Okay, the ice cream makers weren't literally screaming but the excitement was palpable via their press advisory. In collaboration with Abby Jane, Lick Honest has whipped up the Churro Croissant with Cajeta flavor as a limited offering to add to their deliciously dizzying array of other flavors.

The Churro Croissant with Cajeta flavor will be available from Dec. 11-17, officials added tantalizingly.

Abby Love, pastry chef and bread baker of her own new project, Abby Jane, teamed up with Lick Honest Ice Creams for this special, limited-time Churro Croissant with Cajeta flavor benefitting the Austin Food & Wine Alliance. The limited-time flavor is made by folding flaky, cinnamon-sugar covered churro croissants by Abby Jane into Lick's rich cajeta ice cream made with Pure Luck goat cheese, Lick Honest officials mercilessly described in the aforementioned press release.

This new creamy concoction will soon be available at all Lick Austin scoop shops:
