Overnight Crashes Leave Three People Dead
Two of the traffic fatalities involved motorcyclists, the third killing a female passenger in her 20s.

AUSTIN, TX -- It was another deadly day on Austin roadways, with three separate collisions overnight on Sunday that left three people dead.
Austin-Travis County EMS officials said the first crash occurred close to 1 a.m. in the 10200 block of Shively Lane, where a man in his 40s crashed his motorcycle.
The accident happened off Shively Lane, off U.S. 183 and Clinger Road. The motorcyclist was dead at the scene.

A little over an hour later, north of that site near Burleson Road, another accident involving a motorcyclist occurred. A man in his 30s was declared dead at the scene of that accident.
Minutes later, at 2:36 a.m., a car hit a tree at William Cannon Drive near South First Street. The crash resulted in one of the occupants being pinned to the vehicle and other being thrown from the car. A woman in her 20s who had been a passenger in the car was dead at the scene and a man of the same age was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
