Pedestrian Critically Hurt In South Austin Collision
Incident that occurred at around 11:15 p.m. along the 4400 block of Menchaca Road left a man with injuries deemed life-threatening.
SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a car in South Austin late Tuesday.
The incident occurred at around 11:15 p.m. along the 4400 block of Menchaca Road. Austin-Travis County EMS medics reported via Twitter they transported a man of undetermined age to South Austin Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.
The incident sparked road closures in the area as traffic was backed up.
