East Austin Shooting Critically Injures Woman
Officers responded to the 1200 block of E.M. Franklin Avenue for a shooting that left the victim with life-threatening injuries.
EAST AUSTIN, TX — A woman was critically injured in an East Austin shooting on Monday, officials said.
Austin Police said they responded to the shooting along the 1200 block of E.M. Franklin Avenue just after 10 am., reporting the incident as a possible shooting or stabbing.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics provided additional details on Twitter, reporting that the incident involved a shooting that left a woman in her 30s with critical, life-threatening injuries.
