Police Seek Missing South Austin Woman
Iliana Salinas, 30, was last seen on Sunday at 8 a.m. along the 4900 block of Menchaca Road, according to a police advisory.
UPDATE: A woman who had been reported missing by police over the weekend was found safe, police said on Monday. Iliana Salinas, believed to be around 30 years of age, was reported missing after having last been seen along the 4900 block of Menchaca Road. By Monday, police reported she had been found safe.

AUSTIN, TX — Police on Sunday sought help from the public in locating a woman who was reported missing from South Austin.

Iliana Salinas, 30, was last seen on Sunday at 8 a.m. along the 4900 block of Menchaca Road, according to the Austin Police Department. The woman is believed to be driving a gray 2010 Chevrolet Aveo with licesne plate BY6G602. The car has a dent on the front passenger door, and another on the right rear bumper, police said.
Pre-existing medical conditions heighten the concern over the missing woman's welfare. She is described as standing at four feet, eleven inches in height, 125 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. Police noted the woman sports tattoos on both arms. Police released a photo of Salinas in the hopes someone might recognize her.
