AUSTIN, TX — A police SWAT team was dispatched to a downtown hotel early Sunday amid reports of an "armed barricaded" person, police said. The incident occurred around 7:15 a.m. at the Fairmont Austin hotel, 101 Red River St. The situation concluded without incident shortly after 8 a.m., police said.
