“I always come away with something unique and uniquely Austin, with many of the items made by local artists. I find it impossible to leave empty-handed and this is no ordinary souvenir shop. This little gem is the definition of “happy shopping!”’

“My go-to for every gift-giving occasion.
They have the most creative, fun jewelry that I’ve seen, my favorites include Fat Cat and Gem Junkie. Truly supporting the Old Austin tradition, supporting over 50 local vendors. Recently, I noticed things have really changed. The store is more organized. They have CHOCOLATE! They have TERRARIUMS! They have SOCK PETS! They also have a continuous 50% off Section for your aunt you can’t think of what to get…and don’t want to spend a lot”.

“Super cute store. They have a lot to look at. Mostly souvenirs, and Texas related items. Art work like jewelry by local artists. If you’re looking for something unique to take home with you, or something for a gift. I recommend this store”
Melody English is the owner of the Georgetown location and is a patron of Austin artists in a very real way. She has gone to great lengths to showcase local talent and make their work available at a price point that is fair to everyone; the shopper and the artists alike. She also curates some of the products at the retail shop located in the Oasis on Lake Travis’ restaurant. If you’re ever looking for a gift that is practical, humorous, fun, and “unordinary”, or accessories, clothing, and trinkets that are unapologetically Austin, Prima Dora is the place to shop.
