Railroad Avenue Rehab, Maintenance Begins July 9 In Pflugerville
Project includes street repave and repair, sidewalk ramp reconstruction and new signing and striping of the roadway, officials said.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Rehabilitation and maintenance begins on Railroad Avenue from Pfennig Lane to Wilbarger Street starting the week of July 9, city officials said.
The project includes street repave and repair, sidewalk ramp reconstruction and new signing and striping of the roadway. Construction will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Railroad Avenue will remain open to traffic with one lane in each direction for the duration of the project, according to a city press advisory. Residents will have access to adjacent streets and residences. Traffic patterns will change during the construction so drivers are asked to observe warning signs and drive cautiously in the construction zone.
The section of Railroad Avenue The section of Railroad Avenue between Pfennig Lane and Brookhollow Drive (including the Pfennig Lane intersection) is planned for completion before the first day of school, August 16, weather permitting.

The entire project is anticipated to be completed by the end of November 2018, weather permitting.
