Robbery Reported At Target Store Near UT-Austin Campus
Police were at the scene of the store at 2025 Guadalupe St. after receiving report of the incident just before 7:30 p.m.; suspect at large.
AUSTIN, TX — Police responded to a report of a robbery at the Target store near the University of Texas at Austin on Wednesday evening.
The store is located at 2025 Guadalupe St., directly across from the St. Austin Catholic church. Both Austin Police Department and university police were at the scene investigating, according to a Twitter post issued just before 7:30 p.m. The suspect is described as a black male with a red hat, red shirt, blue jean shorts and red shoes.
Anyone who sees the suspect is urged to call 9-1-1.
