In addition to the new cocktail menu, Scholz now offers a complete catering program led by Rene Stokes. The program features the Austin institution’s nod to the German influence on Central Texas BBQ via post-oak-smoked brisket, sausage, and turkey proteins accompanied by all the classic sides. Being a melting pot of culinary influences, Scholz also offers traditional German fare options such as sausage samplers and sausage sandwiches; as well as a Tex-Mex option featuring grilled fajitas that comes with fan-favorite toppings and served with rice and beans.
