Stabbing In East Austin Leaves Man Dead
Police on Twitter reported having gotten a 9-1-1 call just before 6:40 p.m. related to a disturbance along the 1100 block of Estes Avenue.
AUSTIN, TX — A man died following a stabbing in East Austin on Friday night.
Police on Twitter reported having gotten a 9-1-1 call just before 6:40 p.m. related to a disturbance along the 1100 block of Estes Avenue. Once there, police found a man in his 20s critically injured.
The stabbing victim was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center where he later reportedly died of his injuries. Police reportedly have a suspect under arrest, according to reports. A protracted search for the suspect included the use of helicopters, police reported.
