Summer Movies On The Lawn Showcases Film Favorites For All

The Arboretum will host a series of movie screenings through September for families to enjoy, while still encouraging safety amid COVID-19.

AUSTIN, TX — Austin friends and neighbors are invited to movie-watching under the Texas night sky at The Lawn at The Arboretum with Summer Movies on the Lawn, featuring a range of screenings for all ages enjoy. The Lawn is located down stairs from Amy's Ice Creams, and guests may bring blankets and lawn chairs to set up their comfy spot on the grass. The event is free, and guests are asked to practice safety guidelines including social distancing and wearing masks/face coverings to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Leashed dogs are welcome, but must be up to date on vaccinations. Summer Movies at The Lawn is contingent on weather, and guests are encouraged to stay updated via the events Facebook page. Movie schedule for the months of August and September includes:
