The nonprofit will occupy a warehouse in East Austin, with plans to design a space that will be “the best place to volunteer in Austin,” officials said. Together, Cushing Terrell and TWR "envision transforming a warehouse into a space that facilitates human connections and inspires passionate interaction with a 6,000-square-footopen and vibrant indoor space, outdoor event areas, a mural wall for street art, and a home for pet alpacas that will roam the landscape," officials added.
"Working with CTA has been a phenomenal opportunity for Together We Rise," Danny Mendoza, founder and CEO of Together We Rise, said in a prepared statement. "Their expertise and dedication are helping build the foundation that will propel our organization to the next level. We could not be more pleased with CTA's services.”

The TWR volunteer space will double as a gathering place, inviting the community to come together tobuild bikes and skateboards, design duffle bags and superhero boxes, all to benefit deserving children navigating the foster care system, officials explained. TWR ATX is scheduled to open in early 2020.
More than just a creative re-use of a warehouse, the space will serve as centerpiece for hundreds of events hosting visitors from a wide field of endeavors — advocates, artists, humanitarians, industry leaders and visionaries — committed to changing the world for the better by helping to transform the lives of children in foster care, officials said.
