Eberly will host a Disco Revival New Year’s Eve Celebration

Description: Ring in the New Year with a Disco Revival-themed bash at Eberly inspired by Studio54. Guests will receive access to four rooms with an assortment of entertainment like aerialists and roller skating '70s dance numbers; bites and desserts from Eberly’s executive chef, Jo Chan, and pastry chef, Sarah Seghi; bubbly toast at midnight; and more surprises throughout the night. B.D. Riley’s New Year’s Eve

Description: B.D. Riley’s will be open Tuesday, December 31, with the pub open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. No reservations are needed as well as no cover charge. Fresa’s will ring in the New Year with their second annual New Year’s Eve Pre-Party, on Tuesday, December 31 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at their South First Location.
Guests can purchase tickets for $15, which will include a Wood-Grilled Chicken Buffet, one drink ticket for a special New Year’s Eve cocktail, happy hour prices at the bar and New Year’s Eve swag. The event will have open seating inside and on the patio.

Thinkery will Host a Noon Year's Eve Balloon Drop and Bubble Wrap Stomp

Description: Thinkery will be hosting a Noon Years Eve Balloon Drop and Bubble Wrap Stomp in light of New Year’s Eve. Juniper will host a New Year's Eve Pre-Fixe Dinner

Description: To ring in the new year, Juniper will be hosting a five course pre-fixe dinner with three or four different options per course. Within the options per course, Juniper offers a “ball out” with options ranging from a smoked duck breast salta to a koji cured ranger cattle rib roast. Smaller plates include options of a salad of winter brassicas with preserved lemon and maple; and a roasted fennel gratin with Tuscan kale and crispy sunchokes. For the main entrees, choices include a classic cacio e pepe and a roasted cobb creek chicken breast with beluga lentil ragu. Dessert options range from their delectable tiramisu to a Paris Brest with pistachio and cherry.

William Chris Vineyards will be hosting their Annual New Year's Day Party featuring a distinctly southern family-friendly Black Eyed Pea Cook-Off at the vineyard in Hye, Texas, on Wednesday, Jan. 1 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The ticket price for general admission is $25 and will include a new year's toast for adults, plenty of black eyed peas, one vote to cast for your favorite dish and live music provided by Trace of Gold.
Think you have what it takes to compete for the title of William Chris' Black Eyed Pea Champion?? The cook-off is $40 per entry for a team of two. Entrants must prepare a dish at home using Black Eyed Peas with enough to provide 300 samples to attendees; the dish must be ready by set-up time at 12 p.m. on Jan. 1. Prizes for the top three teams include: 1st place will receive $500 + case of WCV wine; 2nd place will receive $200 + 6 bottles of WCV; and 3rd place will receive $50 + 2 bottles of WCV wine.
