According to a report in the Austin American-Statesman, police got a call from someone at the JW Marriott hotel just past 5 p.m. on Tuesday to complain about a woman across the street seemingly in the throes of erotic self-stimulation. When police arrived, they found the woman sitting alone at a Second Bar + Kitchen patio table along the 200 block of Congress Avenue, according to the report. She wasn't wearing pants. Police were quickly able to deduce what she had been doing.
