EAST AUSTIN, TX — Police have charged a man with aggravated assault stemming from a case of road rage during which he allegedly attacked the driver of a dump truck during a confrontation in East Austin, according to a published report.

The incident occurred on March 3 just before 8 p.m. along the 3300 block of East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the Austin American-Statesman reported while citing an arrest affidavit.
