Man Shot In East Austin Sustains Life-Threatening Wounds
The incident occurred along the 5700 block of Manor Road near Rogge Lane just after 8:30 p.m. Monday evening.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — A man was seriously injured after being shot Monday night along Manor Road, emergency crews said.
Police confirmed the shooting near the intersection of Manor Road and Rogge Lane just after 8:30 p.m. along the 5700 block of the former artery. Upon their arrival, medics said on Twitter they found a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries considered to be life-threatening, medics said.
Austin Police Department officials confirmed the incident had taken place, but did not indicate whether a suspect was in custody.
