Police Chase Originating In Eastern Travis County Ends In East Austin Wreck
A woman who had been involved in some sort of disturbance sped off after cops tried pulling her over before wrecking the car.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — A Tuesday morning disturbance call led to a pursuit originating from eastern portion of the county to East Austin, where the driver crashed her car.
The Travis County Sheriff's Office said they were called to the east side of the country at around 5:35 a.m., according to KXAN. When deputies attempted to pull over a car with a motorist who had been involved in the disturbance, the driver sped off, according to the report.
The suspect's car ended up wrecking at U.S. 183 and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The road was closed off to traffic for some time as police investigated before being reopened to traffic.

The driver, a woman, was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Deputies wouldn't confirm if the woman was the driver of vehicle.
