Missing East Austin Woman Found Safe, Police Say
Takeisha Raneke Wilson, 32, was last seen near the 5100 block of Manor Road at around 4:30 p.m., and police are concerned for her welfare.

UPDATE: Takeisha Raneke Wilson, 32, has been located after she went missing, and is safe, police said Tuesday morning.

AUSTIN, TX — Police on Monday sought help from the public in locating a missing woman last seen Sunday afternoon in East Austin.

Takeisha Raneke Wilson, 32, was last seen near the 5100 block of Manor Road at around 4:30 p.m. Without providing specifics, the Austin Police Department said "circumstances have arisen that creates a concern for her welfare."
The missing woman is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Wilson was last seen wearing a short black with with maroon highlights, a gray, thigh-length sundress and gray/black sandals.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to dial 911 immediately and/or the Missing Persons Unit at 512-974-5250 between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
