School Bus, Government Car Collide In East Austin
Of of 40 children aboard the vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries while man in his 40s was seriously hurt.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — A Texas Department of Public Safety vehicle collided with a school bus in a three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon, according to reports.
The crash occurred just before 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Springdale Road and E. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, police said. About 40 children reportedly were on the school bus at the time of the wreck, one of whom was transported to the hospital with minor injuries not deemed to be life-threatening.
Also hospitalized was a man in his 40s who sustained injuries considered serious though not life-threatening. No further details were released, but Patch will update once more details are made available.
