EAST AUSTIN, TX -- A wreck between a car and a motorcycle led to several people being transported to the hospital on Saturday. Austin-Travis County EMS officials responded to the 11:50 a.m. traffic accident at the 145000 block of U.S. 290 East where they found several injured motorists. One of them, a woman in her 50s who had been on a motorcycle, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.Three other people were treated for injuries according to EMS officials. While the degree of injuries varied, none are considered to be life-threatening, EMS officials said.
