Travis County Sheriff's Office IDs Man Found Dead In Car

AUSTIN, TX — Travis County Sheriff's Office officials have identified the man found dead of gunshot wounds last month.

At 8:40 pm on Jan. 31, TCSO got a number of 911 calls reporting multiple shots fired along the 12700 block of William Harrison Street. Upon their arrival, deputies found a man's body inside a vehicle parked in the driveway of his home. The dead man has been identified as Pedro Gomez, 39, of Manor, who had multiple gunshot wounds.
