Two Rescued In East Austin After Trailer Home Overturns
Powerful winds accompanying overnight storms flipped RV over, sending woman in her 60s and man in his 70s to the hospital.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — A couple were rescued from a trailer home overturned by high winds that accompanied overnight storms early Monday.
According to fire officials, high winds just after 2 a.m. overturned the structure at Oak Forest RV Park, 8207 Canoga Ave. in far East Austin. Firefighters pulled a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s from the damaged trailer, officials said, before the two were transported to Dell Medical Center with injuries categorized as serious but not life-threatening.
