An East Austin billboard for next month's Texas Firearm Festival was altered to spell out "Texas Fear Festival."Police are looking for the people who vandalized the billboard. Festival organizers plan to fix the sign before next month. The festival will be held Nov. 14-15 and is expect to attract 3,000 gun enthusiasts.
