• Fort Worth grief center awarded funds to support families affected by Central Texas floods (fortworthreport.org) — A Fort Worth-based grief center, The WARM Place on Lipscomb Street, has received a $200,000 grant to expand no-cost support for children and families coping with trauma from last summer’s Central Texas floods. The funding, part of a statewide mental health effort, will bolster local grief groups, school trainings, and phone support as demand rises approaching the disaster’s one-year mark.
