The FBI Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Police Department arrested 15 subjects on state and federal charges related to the possession, receipt, and distribution of child pornography.
According to a social media post by FBI Dallas on Wednesday, the joint effort was called Operation Wolf Pack. In addition to the arrests, the agencies seized approximately 150 electronic devices that are suspected of containing child sexual abuse material.
Operation Wolf Pack also covered over 40 cyber tips from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children related to internet child exploitation crimes.
The organization's CyberTipline is a place where children and advocates can report the sexual exploitation of children, including:
"Thank you to our partner law enforcement agencies on the Longhorn Violent Crime Task Force as well as Fort Worth Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit for helping us protect vulnerable children in the North Texas area," the post states.
Fort Worth PD shared FBI Dallas' post with the following message: "[Fort Worth PD] will continue to track down and hold child predators accountable in our city."
