Dallas-Fort Worth Guest Speaker Teaches To Stop Waiting For Permission And Design The Next Move
ICF-NT Coach Swetha Sandadi joins Free Speakers Dallas-Fort Worth, a pro bono speakers bureau offering free life design talks.

A Dallas-Fort Worth life design coach is now available to speak at no cost to libraries, clubs and community groups through Free Speakers, a pro bono speakers bureau.
Swetha Sandadi, an ICF-NT Coach and founder of the Render Framework, joined the bureau this month. She has more than 15 years of experience in product design, strategy and enterprise transformation, and she created the RENDER Framework, a six-part approach to reflection, exploration, decision-making and experimentation.
Sandadi offers two presentations: “Nobody Gives You Agency. You Render It” and “Design Your Next Move.” Each session uses improv games, storytelling, coaching questions and guided reflection. She speaks in person in Dallas-Fort Worth and online for groups across the country.

Groups pay nothing to book a speaker through the bureau, including fees, honorariums and mileage.
“Clubs and libraries often ask for talks that get people involved, not just sitting and listening,” said Ginny Richardson, founder of Free Speakers. “Swetha uses improv games and storytelling, so the audience takes part.”
