• Prep Football: Stiger leads Hooks past Daingerfield (texarkanagazette.com) — Hooks fans saw a huge night from senior quarterback Kavon Stiger, who rushed for 357 yards and six touchdowns as the Hornets rolled past Daingerfield 70-35 at home. The performance nearly broke a long-standing Billy Sims playoff rushing record, and late defensive scores helped Hooks pull away before the team heads to New Boston next week.
