38 Harmony School of Discovery Teachers Earn TIA Designations for 2025–2026
Recognized educators receive state honors for outstanding classroom impact and commitment to student success.

Harmony School of Discovery is proud to recognize the 38 exceptional educators who have received $438,000 from the Teacher Incentive Allotment, or TIA, designations for the 2025–2026 school year.
These honors are awarded to teachers who demonstrate outstanding instructional skill and make a meaningful difference in student growth and achievement. Through the Texas Teachers Incentive Allotment Program, top-performing teachers are recognized for their excellence in the classroom and their impact on student success.
