38 Harmony School of Discovery Teachers Earn TIA Designations for 2025–2026

Harmony School of Discovery is proud to recognize the 38 exceptional educators who have received $438,000 from the Teacher Incentive Allotment, or TIA, designations for the 2025–2026 school year.

These honors are awarded to teachers who demonstrate outstanding instructional skill and make a meaningful difference in student growth and achievement. Through the Texas Teachers Incentive Allotment Program, top-performing teachers are recognized for their excellence in the classroom and their impact on student success.

This accomplishment is a reflection of each teacher’s dedication, passion, and commitment to high-quality education. Their hard work, creativity, and strong belief in every student’s potential continue to inspire students, colleagues, and the entire school community.
