4 Robbery Suspects Arrested After Hot Pursuit In Northwest Houston

HOUSTON, TX — The early morning robbery of three donut shops in Northwest Houston led to the arrest of four men, that investigators said could be responsible for many more armed robberies in the Houston area.
According to a KTRK-13 report, the four men could be responsible for as many as two dozen aggravated robberies..
Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the four men robbed three donut shops Wednesday morning, hitting the Shipley Donuts in the 10800 block of Spring Cypress, at around 5 a.m. (Want to get daily updates about traffic news and other events going on in your area? The robbers then hit the Dunkin Donuts on the same street, and then went south to Louetta, where they robbed the Kolache Factory , investigators said.
Deputies said the three robberies were connected to the armed robbery of the Corner Bakery, on Louetta Road on Tuesday, and the Subway Restaurant a few miles away on State Highway 249, and as many as 20 ers over the last several weeks.

Sheriff’s deputies caught up to the robbery suspects during a brief car chase at about noon in the area of Mills Road and FM 1960.
According to a KTRK report, the men go out the vehicle and ran to a nearby apartment complex, where they were caught with the help of K9 officers.
