Man Charged In Houston Woman's Death After Body Found

Willie Brown is charged with murder after Ashley Guillory's remains were found in Fort Bend County. Guillory had been missing since Sept. 4.

HOUSTON, TX — A man has been charged with murder in the killing of Ashley Guillory, a Houston woman who had been missing since Sept. 4.

Willie Brown, 48, is currently in the Fort Bend County Jail on unrelated charges and will be transferred to Harris County Jail.

Houston police found what they believe is Guillory's remains in Fort Bend County on Tuesday. The remains were sent to Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences for verification, authorities said.

Guillory, 37, was reported missing on Sept. 9 to the Houston Police Department. Police believe she was killed at a Houston motel at 13255 Fondren Road near Missouri City and the Harris-Fort Bend County line.
