The incident happened Oct. 26 at a cafe in West Houston.
HOUSTON, TX -- The Houston Police Department is searching for four men seen on surveillance video robbing the Q Café Oct. 26. The incident happened at 6938 Wilcrest, HPD wrote on YouTube.
The video shows the men entering the cafe with weapons and telling customers to get on the ground. One of the suspects pointed a gun at a customer who pushed it away from him. That reaction resulted in the man getting shot by another suspect in the lower chest area, HPD reported.
"One of the suspects jumped the counter and grabbed the money tray before fleeing the area on foot to an awaiting vehicle. The customer that was shot was transported to the hospital and is expected to survive the incident," HPD wrote.
