From Houston PD: Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the shooting of a man at 6702 Avenue T about 10:30 p.m. last Thursday (November 28).
The suspect, Elida Galvan (H/f, 19), is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felon in possession of a weapon in the 184th State District Court. A booking photo of Galvan is attached to this news release.
The victim, Fernando Hernandez, 25, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers V. Habukiha and A. Graf reported:Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence at the above address and found Galvan had shot Mr. Hernandez several times during an argument. Galvan, who was still at the scene, was arrested and charged for her role in the shooting.
