New Year's Day Grocery Store Hours In Your Area

If you think you'll need to make a quick grocery run on New Year's Day, you may be in luck depending on where you shop.

There are few in the Houston area that will be open, but there are others that close early on New Year's Eve and won’t reopen until t Jan. 2.

Here is a list of the stores in the Houston area and their holiday hours:

HEB Stores:
Stores will be open New Years Eve and New Year's Day for regular hours

Kroger Stores:
Stores will be open New Year's Eve and New Year's Day for regular hours

Randall’s Stores:
Stores will be open New Years Eve and New Year's Day for regular hours

Fiesta Market:
Stores will be open New Years Eve and New Year's Day for regular hours

ALDI Stores:
Holiday Hours Reminder: ALDI stores will be open regular store hours on New Year's Eve. Our stores will be closed on New Year's Day.

Walgreens Stores
Stores open regular hours

Trader Joe's
Stores will be closed on Christmas Day and will close at 6 p.m. on New Year's Eve.

Costco
Stores will be closed on New Year's Day and closed on Christmas.

Target
Stores will be open New Years Eve and New Year's Day for regular hours

Sam's Club
Stores will be closed on New Year's Day and closed on Christmas.

Walmart
Stores will be closed on Christmas and open on regular hours on New Year's Day.

CVS
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day, select CVS Pharmacy stores will be open and front store and pharmacy hours will vary by location. For a list of CVS Pharmacy locations in a given area, customers can go here. CVS pharmacies within Target stores will also be closed on Christmas Day.
