Councilman Dave Martin Hosting Semi-Annual Town Hall Meeting
Also attending will be Mayor Sylvester Turner, Houston Fire Chief Sam Pena and Stan Sarman from Lake Houston TIRZ

KINGWOOD, TX — Mark your calendars.
Houston City Councilman Dave Martin will be hosting his next town hall meeting in Kingwood qt 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 12.
The meeting will be held at the Kingwood Community Center, located at 4102 Rustic Woods Drive, and will residents in the district to hear from representatives at the city.

There will be a special presentation from Mayor Sylvester Turner, Ravi Kaleyatodi, senior assistant director for Houston Public Works and Engineering wo will provide an update on the expansion of the Northeast Water Purification Plant, and Stan Sarman, who chairs the Lake Houston Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone, will speak about the Kingwood Mobility Committee and the expansion of North Park Drive.
Houston Fire Chief Sam Pena and Capt. Jacob Atkins, who heads the Kingwood substation for the Houston Police will also be on hand for questions.

Updates will also be provided by Chief Resiliency Officer Steve Costello, who will speak about the city’s drainage project, and a representative from the city’s traffic management division on the synchronization of traffic signals on Kingwood Drive.
The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and information tables will be set up in advance of the meeting.
