Cypress Teacher Arrested for Inappropriate Relationship with Student
Teacher was escorted from the campus and arrested by Harris County Deputies on Monday
CYPRESS, TX -- Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a Cypress Ridge High School teacher on charges of sexually assaulting a child.
Alfredo Campos, 30, was arrested by Harris County Deputies on Monday after an investigation revealed the teacher was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Cy-Fair Independent School District officials said that a staff member was removed from the campus because of the serious nature of the allegations.

They said that the staff member was arrested after an investigation by law enforcement.
“Violations of student trust will not be tolerated,” school officials said in a statement. “We fully support the swift prosecution of anyone caught compromising student safety.”

Campos was charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child between the ages of 14 and 17.
