Eagle’s Trace Promotes Jorge Otero to Associate Executive Director

Erickson Senior Living names a new Associate Executive Director at Eagle's Trace

West Houston, Texas - Eagle's Trace, an Erickson Senior Living community in West Houston, Texas, has promoted Jorge Otero to the role of Associate Executive Director.

Since joining Eagle’s Trace in 2023, Otero has served as the director of general services. He brings more than 19 years of experience to his new leadership position.

“As I reflect on Jorge’s success, what stands out most is his leadership style - providing guidance, engaging his team, and communicating thoughtfully and timely,” stated Executive Director Steve Aigner. “I, along with the entire executive team, look forward to partnering with Jorge on our overall community vision and strategies with his expanded role.”

“From day one, I quickly adapted to the Eagle’s Trace environment, and it made me feel like this was the place I wanted to work for the rest of my career,” said Otero. “That sense of belonging motivated me to continuously expand my knowledge within the organization and learn areas beyond General Services. Steve’s mentorship was instrumental in preparing me for this opportunity when it came.”

Otero holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
