KFC Managers Ran Restaurant Like A Brothel, Lawsuit Claims

"(Sean) McIntosh and the KFC staff were essentially operating a sex brothel...," court documents revealed.

HOUSTON, TX — Two Houston area women have filed lawsuits seeking in excess of $10 million in damages amid allegations they were sexually abused by management while employed at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Humble.

The both women who filed lawsuits worked at the KFC restaurant, at 3130 FM 1960 in Humble for the same management team.

The first lawsuit was filed in November 2016 in the 113th Judicial District Court, by a former employee of the restaurant who was 16-years old in 2013-14 when the sexual assaults allegedly happened.

The woman, who was identified as A.M. in the lawsuit is now 19-years old, and claims she was routinely sodomized and forced to provide sexual favors to the store general manager Sean McIntosh inside the store, in hotels, at the dumpster in the parking lot, and in his car, according to court documents.

A.M. alleged that over an 11 month period, McIntosh forced her to have unprotected sex with him between 50 to 100 times, and that she was routinely threatened by McIntosh forcing her into sexual situations, according to court documents.

McIntosh abused her so often that she had to consult healthcare practitioners because she feared she had become pregnant and wanted confirmation that she had not contracted a sexually transmitted disease, according to court documents.

A.M. also alleged that other Shawn Baker, and other management personnel were also engaged in similar behavior and covered for McIntosh, who was 35-years old at the time of the alleged sexual assaults.

The level of cooperation between McIntosh, Baker and others, allowed management to act as predators against young girls, and that the restaurant management were “essentially operating a sex brothel…,” the suit alleges.

A.M. is seeking $10.5 million in damages from McIntosh and the KFC Corporation.

A second woman filed a similar against the same store, and the same management team on June 14, alleging McIntosh, Baker and other restaurant personnel tried to force her into having oral and vaginal sex with them when she was 16-years old.

She is seeking $100,000 in damages from McIntosh and the KFC Corporation.

The legal documents for this case were not available from the Harris County District Clerk’s Office, due to the age of the victim.
