Girl, 16, Injured In Shooting At 5900 Glenmont Drive
The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile female found at 5900 Glenmont Drive about 12:40 a.m. today (Oct. 10).

The victim, 16, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

The victim stated she and her friends were being followed by a suspicious vehicle. When she got to the stairs of her apartment complex, the victim stated a suspect in the vehicle fired shots at her group. The victim was struck one time in the shoulder/chest area. Paramedics transported her to the hospital with a non-life-threatening wound.
