Hermes Fine Properties recently hosted a gala event to showcase the two most expensive townhomes in Houston, one of which has since been sold.

“The red carpet champagne reception was a huge success, with Houston’s top luxury Realtors mingling with invited guests and potential buyers,” said Brad Hermes, owner of Hermes Fine Properties and an exclusive member of Keller Williams® Luxury Homes International.

The champagne reception, which was catered by World Bakery and featured music by David Schwope and photography by John Pace, was attended by 125 guests. It was held at River Oak’s newest gated enclave, Winfield Gate, and home of Houston’s two most expensive townhomes.
