Houston Man Accused Of Possessing Child Pornography Is Due In Court
Timothy Gerbode allegedly admitted to investigators to downloading nearly 500 images of child pornography to his computer.

HOUSTON, TX -- A 29-year old Houston man who is accused of downloading hundreds of images of child pornography is expected to face a judge Thursday afternoon.
Timothy Gerbode is charged with three felony counts of possessing child pornography after admitting to investigators to downloading nearly 500 images to his computer. Gerbode’s name surfaced in August 2016 during an investigation by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office when his personal computer was identified as one that may have downloaded images of child pornography.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, 2016, Harris County Sheriff’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant on Gerbode's home in the 3300 block of Dunvale, where investigators found 476 images of child pornography on his computer.
According to court documents, at least one of those was an image of besitality between a child and a dog, and another involving a female infant an adult male, who were both nude in the images.
