Houston Man Accused Of Raping 15-Year Old Step-Daughter Is On The Run

HOUSTON, TX — The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Unit is looking for a 33-year old man who is accused of continually raping his 15-year old step-daughter over the course of three years.

Celso Jaimes has been charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child, according to sheriff’s investigators

She told the witness that Jamies had been forcing her to have inappropriate sexual relations with him for at least 3 years.

Harris County Sheriff’s deputies deputies were called to the residence in the 1500 block of Little York in north Harris County, who interviewed the victim and outcry witness and turned the case over to CAU investigators.

Investigators and forensic interviewers were able to gather evidence and present the case to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

Investigators said there is an open warrant for Jaimes' arrest.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 6’2" tall and weighing 245 pounds.

He has black colored hair that may be shaved closely to the scalp.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Celso Jaimes is asked to the call the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse unit at 713-830-3250.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
