Houston Man Shot Dead In Home Invasion, Suspects At Large
The invaders got their money, but shot the 55-year-old father and husband anyway.

HOUSTON, TX -- A Houston man died Monday after being shot during an early morning home invasion. The victim, 55-year-old James Bolden, Jr., was shot around 3 a.m. in front of his family. The suspects are still at large.
Reportedly, the suspects were given money and shot Bolden regardless. "I am heartbroken," said Keith Bolden, the victim's brother, according to ABC13. "I don't know why they would do something like that because he was a family type person, a great person, he was always happy, he was always getting along with everybody," he said.
According to Click 2 Houston, police said they could not find the entry point the masked burglars used, though witnesses say they saw them climb through an unlocked window.
