Houston PD Investigates Fatal Crash At 5306 Mackinaw Street
The identity of the male victim, 31, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 5306 Mackinaw Street about 11:25 p.m. on Sunday (Feb. 16).

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rose and Officer M. Lares reported:

The victim was driving a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck eastbound on Mackinaw when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Paramedics pronounced the driver deceased at the scene.
The investigation is continuing.
