Houston PD Investigation Into Fatal Crash At 10700 Fuqua Street

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 10700 Fuqua Street about 3:45 a.m. today (May 18).

The identity of the victim, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rose and Officer J. Roberson reported:

The victim was operating a white Kawasaki EX6 motorcycle eastbound at the above address when he struck a curb at the west entrance of an apartment complex and went up onto the sidewalk. The motorcycle then struck a pole, a tree and came to a stop on the sidewalk near the east gate of the complex.

Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
