Houston PD Investigation Into Fatal Crash At 11515 U.S. Highway 90

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 11515 U.S. Highway 90 about 1:30 p.m. last Friday (May 15).

The victim, 60, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Gonzales and Officer J. Leon reported:

The victim was driving a burgundy Chevrolet Suburban at a high rate of speed when he struck the back of a parked, blue 18-wheeler. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Freightliner truck was not injured. He was questioned and released.

The investigation is continuing.
