April 13, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male that occurred at 13800 Ella Boulevard about 2:25 p.m. last Friday (April 10).

The victim, Delvin Jemale Brown, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in an apartment complex parking lot at the above address. Upon arrival they found Mr. Brown deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Multiple shell casing were found on the scene and a pistol was recovered next to Brown. It appears Brown fired at least one shot at the suspects. The unknown suspect(s) fled in an unknown vehicle.
