The victim is identified as Kent Edwards, 29.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Cegielski and K. Lovelace reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found a gold Honda sedan stopped in the middle of the street with bullet strikes on the driver's side. Mr. Edwards was found in the driver's seat with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him deceased.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects.
