The identity of the victim, 36, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence at the above address. Witnesses stated the victim responded to a knock at his door and was then shot multiple times. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, there is no known suspect(s) or motive.
